My 8700k performs better than the 4790k or 4770k, but lag and stutter remain. That's still affecting my gameplay, at least for me.

Lately it's mostly just black ops 4. Back in the past four games I struggled more with black ops 3, but it was easier with half the maps. It feels like pushing the 8700k to manage two decks in these titles is a bit too much.

I just put in the new parts and saw the CPU slowing down a lot. Where I used to get about 45 FPS, now it's around 80 to 90. It’s been only a few minutes of playtesting, but wow, the improvement is noticeable! I’m really glad.
