Greetings, everyone!

About two months ago, I acquired a new computer system. Honestly, I anticipated it would operate effectively and seamlessly. However, during gameplay, the performance is significantly worse than anticipated—it manages to function, but not impressively.

Nonetheless, I’m experiencing difficulties with several games, and these aren't typically recent releases, which unfortunately exacerbates the situation. Here are my PC benchmark scores:
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28166268

Despite the generally positive benchmark results, the machine isn’t performing as expected—the numbers don't reflect its actual capabilities. Furthermore, after extended use, it becomes noticeably sluggish, even for basic tasks like opening the start menu or browsing Chrome; a restart is often required to restore it to normal operation.

I might be exaggerating, but I genuinely believe it lacks sufficient power for my needs. Could anyone offer some insights into what’s causing this?

Thank you in advance!
PS: I'm uncertain if it qualifies as a premium setup, though I believe it should be considered reasonably good.

For a freshly assembled computer, it’s possible your NVMe drive isn't reaching its anticipated speeds. Examining the NVMe data might suggest a driver issue, an outdated BIOS, or potentially a defective drive. If the computer isn't new, consider whether this performance problem has always existed or if it’s recently become more pronounced.

Approximately two months ago, I purchased this computer and it is still quite recent. I’ve been attempting to resolve or comprehend the issues, but thus far, there has been no success. I’ve updated the BIOS to its most current version and also upgraded the graphics card. Furthermore, I have activated the XMP profile (level 2, due to it being a Gigabyte motherboard).

Experimenting with alternative choices can be beneficial, and occasionally disabling XMP leads to unexpected results.
