Yeah, but your CPU might be struggling.
And definitely, I experience crashes on BO3 or it slows down significantly even when running smoothly at 200 frames per second.

You possess 6 cores and 6 threads, but your system only has 4 cores and 4 threads. Your CPU operates at a maximum clock speed of 3.8-3.9 GHz, whereas mine tops out at 3.0-3.2 GHz. My processor is far more capable and consistently performs well across various games. I haven’t encountered any problems with my CPU regardless of the game I play.

This suggests you might be dealing with a crash issue in BO3, which can occur in certain titles and sometimes requires a specific solution. You could begin by searching YouTube for a crash fix for Call of Duty Black Ops 3. Try different videos until you locate one that resolves the problem. Make sure to revert any changes that didn’t work and keep your modifications separate so you can revert if needed. Keep in mind that a universal solution isn’t guaranteed—you may need to continue searching until you find what suits you best.

These two videos offer the same resolution. They present two approaches: one involves editing the config file using CTRL+F, while the other adds a command that might not show up with that method. I hope this approach helps, as it appears to be a widely used workaround.
