So i have a pc with this specs
G4560
RX470 4GB
8GB Ram DDR 4
Aerocool 550W
Cpu Temp 35-40 idle and 50-65 gaming
is it normal if i always get stuttering while playing gta online ? well not gta in spesific but other games too but other games can fix after i put the lowest settings on the game, but gta online is different, i already put the lowest settings, using tweak until theres literally no shadow and the game looks really terrible but i still get stuttering. Is it because G4560 cant running gta online that well or bottleneck issue between G4560 and RX470
Thanks and sorry for my bad english

This would require using just one channel, so you should either purchase two identical RAM sticks of the same size as yours, or buy a 2x8GB package for 16GB.

Model and age of the power supply are unclear. Temperature readings are available. The CPU might be too slow for the 470 model.

I also think so, but I just wanted to double-check. Since I see some YouTube videos with the exact specs, it seems they can run at 60fps without any stuttering.

Online multiplayer games usually consume many CPU threads, and the G4560 only supports 4.
If it's just one stick of RAM, that wouldn't help much; it halves the memory bandwidth the CPU depends on for speed.
The offline version of GTA V could use over 8GBs of RAM, while online might be similar.

Multiplayer games require additional threads. The RAM is in dual-channel mode, but more memory is still necessary.

Yes and likely yes. 8GB seems insufficient.

The G4560 comes from Kaby Lake - wouldn't it be better in Flex Mode?
