I recently increased my RAM speed from 2666 MHz to 3000 MHz to check if it reduces the stuttering. I’m also planning on upgrading my RAM soon, which should improve performance, and eventually I'll be getting an SSD as well. However, I believe 8GB will be sufficient for GTA without significant stuttering.
