Hi all. I recently assembled a PC and have been trying to identify the reason behind my stuttering during game loading. For example, opening a menu for the first time in a gaming session causes me to stutter, or when a new player joins my WoW dungeons and raids I experience the same issue. I've reset the PC several times and applied various BIOS updates. The GPU seems unlikely since the problem persisted with integrated graphics. I need to purchase new components and test them individually, as I live in a small town without nearby repair shops. I’ll focus on replacing the most probable part first. Here is my spec list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mPjyZJ. Also, any additional suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

What is the BIOS version of your motherboard? Have you attempted using DDU to delete GPU drivers, then re-installing them manually with the newest drivers from Nvidia's support page?

My BIOS is 3.01 and I haven't tried the method yet, but I've reinstalled Windows completely. Would I still need to use DDU afterward?
