I recently purchased an Intel i3-9100F and have noticed many videos showing strong performance in games, but I experience stuttering during demanding sections. My frame rate isn't consistent either. Could this be due to having only two RAM sticks? I'm using Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB at 2400 MHz. My GPU is a GTX 1050 Ti. While I've seen AC Oddyssey run well on this CPU, I still get stuttering even with around 50 FPS. My motherboard is an H310M Pro-VD.

What configurations are you applying for this game? Have you checked your CPU and GPU activity while playing? As Ubisoft suggests, a GTX 970 (similar to a GTX 1060) might be responsible for the stuttering.

The minimum remains unchanged, but I consistently maintain a native resolution of 1680x1050.

Checking your CPU and GPU activity while playing games. The increased resolution does seem to put more strain on your GPU.

Im now looking at a video of a guy playing AC Oddyssey at high graphics with gtx 1050 ti, 0 stuttering. I dont think that my gpu is the problem.
Cpu is at 100% usage, Gpu is at 97%

I don't think the GPU should be at full capacity. Are there any background tasks active? Is every core being used? Are there any available UEFI updates?

It's the same with everything closed, indeed all cores are being used and the latest UEFI has been installed.

I'm really uncertain, to be honest. Your quad-core CPU shouldn't be limiting the 1050ti. I made a machine for my brother-in-law using a lower-end 4-core Ryzen 3 2200g that never appeared to bottleneck a RX 580 during gaming.

I thought having four RAM sticks might make the performance more consistent and could resolve the stuttering issue.
