Stuttering in Games
I've noticed stuttering in games, like in Red Dead 2. My FPS drops from 90 to 70 for a moment before recovering. I uninstalled the video drivers and performed a full Windows reset. My power plan is set correctly, all drivers are updated, and there are no random background programs running. Temperatures are normal, it's a new build. I've run extensive benchmarks and haven't encountered any issues. The system specs match what you provided.
