I own a single-monitor configuration with consistent 300+ FPS in CS2 and a stable internet connection. However, I experience recurring stuttering only within this specific game, without any network problems or telemetry errors appearing in-game during those moments. The issue persists across all regular CS2 modes—Premier, Deathmatch, and FaceIT—which includes kernel AC. In contrast, other titles like LoL, Civilization VI, and PUBG have remained unaffected even at default settings. Despite extensive attempts, I remain uncertain about the root cause. So far, I haven’t conducted any benchmarks, but I’m open to suggestions that could help identify the problem.

Here’s what I’m using:
- Gigabyte B450M S2H V2
- AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
- Patriot Viper Steel DDR4 16GB KIT (2x8GB) @ 3000MHz
- Samsung SSD 950 PRO (512GB, CS2/Windows)
- Lexar SSD NQ100 (480GB)
- ADATA SU650 (240GB)
- Windows 11 Pro 25H2
- BenQ XL2411P 144Hz
- Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2
- Logitech G Pro X TKL
- TP-LINK Archer C8 router (Ethernet connection: 1ms latency, 919.65 Mbps download, 939.74 Mbps upload)

What I have tried so far:
- Thoroughly adjusted multiple CS2 video and game settings (including Nvidia Reflex Low Latency, V-Sync, etc.) and tested various pro player configurations.
- Experimented with different CS2 launch options (noreflex, high FPS max, threads settings) and pro player configurations.
- Checked multiple NVIDIA Control Panel 3D settings, as well as general Display and Video configurations.
- Performed a speed test (1ms latency, 919.65 Mbps download, 939.74 Mbps upload).
- Reset the router.
- Used FPSHeaven’s CS2 workshop map “CS2 FPS BENCHMARK DUST2” for average and 1% FPS (Avg=411.9, P1=179.6).
- Updated BIOS and chipset drivers.
- Installed NVIDIA GeForce Game Ready drivers.
- Enabled XMP in BIOS and disabled CCPC Preferred Cores.
- Reinstalled CS2 on a different SSD.
- Switched from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
- Reinstalled Windows 11 on a different SSD.
- Deactivated Windows 11.
- Connected both mouse and keyboard via cable instead of USB.
- Set up an outbound firewall rule for CS2.
- Cleared DirectX Shader Cache.
- Added several minor adjustments I previously overlooked.

Based on my experience over the years, I’m sure the issue is likely a typo. She consistently stutters, and shuttering seems to be a performance problem in the game.

No, "stuttering" can occur in games.
(And when you point someone out for a "misspelling," it's usually you who do it.)

Not a 'report', but...
I think the poster might have miswritten something. Stuttering is her usual move, while shuttering seems like a game issue.

Fair enough brother. I was always curious to find out if you're a retired member of the United States Air Force, since your name hints at that, or if you just like this abbreviation.
