I haven't used my PC for quite some time, yet I've observed frequent stuttering in many games—though not all. I've tried numerous solutions, but nothing has resolved the issue. When games cause stutter, I've checked my hardware with MSI Afterburner; it seems my CPU and GPU aren't being used efficiently. There was an instance with Spider-Man Remastered where the game froze during swinging, and some textures weren't fully loaded at that moment. They reloaded quickly once the game resumed. My CPU and GPU are both overclocked—CPU via Ryzen Masters auto overclock to 4.75 GHz—and removing the overclock didn't help. My setup includes a Ryzen 7 5700X with two 8GB RAM modules, 3600MHz RAM, an RTX 4060 Ti, 500GB SSD, and a 1TB HDD running W11.

Which storage device powers the games? I’m not sure if an HDD slowdown could lead to lag, though it might relate to how the CPU and GPU handle tasks.

Several systems are using different storage options, yet the issue persists across all of them. It seems the performance drops only when running more intensive games, such as Minecraft, while Ray tracing works without problems. My Spider-Man PC and Half-Life: Alyx on SSD both experience stuttering.
