Your frame rate is what it is. Have you attempted enabling Vsync at 60 and still noticed the stuttering?

I recently tried Black Ops 3 and achieved frame rates from 110 to 160 fps at the highest settings in 1440p. It seems the performance adjusts automatically.

It only adds more lag instead of fixing the issue. I attempted to limit my frames per second using rtss, but it didn’t help.

Well I mean it does cap the framerate but there's still stutter. It might be capped at 60 but then drop at 57 but I notice it probably because there's a huge amount of time between two particular frames.
