What versions of BIOS are installed? It should be 7B51v1E. Recent updates often include bug fixes, especially for GPUs. MSI encountered problems with certain GPUs in the past that were fixed through a BIOS update.

Yes, I understand. I've already attempted the previous version, but it didn't work.

Confirming whether the CMOS was successfully reset or cleared following every BIOS update, including both new installations and rollbacks.

Other than Msi Afterburner or any installed utilities that might run during startup, there are additional factors to consider. Discord, for instance, is known to affect game performance when hardware acceleration is enabled. Check the task manager startup items to see what else might be running. It’s possible the issue lies in software or applications rather than hardware constraints. Geforce Experience is another option—do you use it for optimization? Be mindful of Ray Tracing settings; 30 series offers better performance but is still resource-intensive. Dlss values can also impact stability, as they may behave inconsistently. Consider running games without RT and anti-aliasing disabled to test the situation. When using Msi Afterburner, monitor CPU usage by checking the thread count without a specific number, which reflects total utilization.

So far, I've already attempted a clean boot, but it didn't resolve the issue. Many of the games I tested run smoothly without RTX, yet they still cause the same problem. However, I observed that when a video is open or any program with moving frames appears in the background, the computer becomes significantly slower. I assumed the problem might be related to the monitor, since I didn't experience these issues with my old one.

I also tried turning off hardware acceleration for both Discord and Google, but it didn't help. I believe the issue could be connected to the graphics card or the monitor, though I'm not certain.

Can eliminate the possibility of using a monitor when there is a TV present in the house.

I have completed the recording and shared it yesterday. Now I will forward the videos. Using a monitor at 60fps makes the game much more stable.

Can you capture the same videos this time with CPU metrics at both refresh rates? Choose CPU fields in the number format shown in MSI Afterburner—individual cores—and also pick the total usage without a number. What is the purpose of the 1TB HDD? Is it just general storage? Where are the Windows, pagefile, and game files installed or stored? Have you adjusted or kept the pagefile size unchanged?

I only use a 1TB hard disk for storing files and documents; no essential programs are installed there. The Windows version is on the 870 EVO SSD; prior to formatting, it was on the NVMe SSD, but I accidentally transferred it to the 870 EVO. Nothing has changed. I’m unsure where to locate the pagefiles, though all games remain on the NVMe SSD. I haven’t adjusted the size of the pagefiles.

This is the game running at 2K resolution, achieving 140 frames per second, but it’s quite unstable.

It’s at 1080p, running at 60 frames per second, and the game appears more stable. Still, there are occasional spikes in frame time.

And this graph from MSI Afterburner might be helpful.
