Stutter on iracing
Stutter on iracing
I bought this new gaming computer recently, but I've experienced stuttering or brief freezes on the track. One recommendation was adjusting the settings in the Invidia settings under help, then clicking debug, which didn't resolve the issue. The system specifications are as follows: 11th Gen Intel® Core i7-11700KF @ 3.60GHz, 3.60 GHz, 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable), 64-bit OS, x64-based processor, Windows 10 Home 21H2 build 19044.1586, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0. All updates have been applied. The GPU is Invidia RTX 3080. My previous machine had a 1080 GPU with i9700 and 16 RAM, it worked fine, which makes me question why I upgrade sometimes. I attempted adjusting graphics to low and high detail, but shared several details in documents and errors if any. They responded that the atkexComSvc.exe error indicates problems with a service related to GPU tweak 2. Please follow the instructions in the third-party forum post or search online for 'error atkexComSvc.exe' to find solutions from software provided by your motherboard or CPU maker. I searched and didn't see this process listed in the background tasks of Task Manager. I haven't made any changes or added anything, it's still the original. I only have one week left before I might return this device to Bestbuy and really dislike that. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

After extensive searching and troubleshooting, I managed to resolve the issue through careful research. I need to open the Invidia control app, navigate to 3D setup, enable vsync and disable it within the game or simulation. It now works! Some advice suggested going to the displays option instead of 3D, but they mentioned there’s no vsync setting to adjust. You should check the 3D dropdown near the bottom, turn on vsync, apply the changes, and restart. Hope this helps with any stutter problems you encounter. Thanks for your support!
