Hello everyone, I'm experiencing significant stuttering in Red Dead Redemption 2, especially in populated areas such as towns and cities. It occurs even when my FPS exceeds 60. Previously, it was only noticeable in places like Valentine and Saint Denis, where my average FPS hovers between 65-75. In cities, it drops to 57-58 but the stutter makes it feel like a slowdown of around 30. I've tried switching from Vulkan to D3D12, which lowered my framerate significantly but eliminated the stuttering (the low FPS then seemed to mimic stuttering). I also enabled ACompute in settings.xml, which helped somewhat, though the improvement remains limited. Here are my system specs: i7-4790 (cooled by Cooler Master MA410p) 16 GB DDR3 1600MHz MSI Gaming X GTX 1070 8GB 240GB Gigabyte SSD (boot) 2TB WD HDD (games).
