I've had this issue for a long time and usually fixing the RAM 18 times resolves it.
I can recreate it perfectly every time by turning off the power supply and restarting the PC while it's running.
This time it occurred after I was completely distracted and clicked restart instead of shutting down. It doesn’t boot now, and I’ve tried almost everything I found online.
The fans don’t spin up properly.
I’ve cleared the CMOS multiple times.
I drained power using a power short.
I tested with one RAM stick in each slot.
RAMs work on the second PC.
I didn’t touch the CPU—I think it might be faulty suddenly.
I have four identical PCs, and all of them have the same problem (though usually reseating RAM fixes it).
R9 7950X, 4x32GB Kingston Fury, RX 6600, CHIEFtec 850W Gold, B650M D3Hp.
Any suggestions or experiences would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! I've had this issue for a long time, and usually reseating the RAM 18 times solves it. It's not good for the gold fingers on the RAM sticks or the RAM slots. How long is that?
b650m d3hp
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B650M-D3HP-rev-1x
Even with the latest BIOS, no matter the PCB version, this isn't the right motherboard for your 170W TDP processor;
https://www.amd.com/en/products/processo...7950x.html
Considering the VRM layout is a terrible 5+2+2, that's your first concern.
4x32gb kingston fury
Do you have a link to this RAM kit? If it's running at DDR5-6000Mhz, then you're aiming for an overly ambitious setup to run four sticks at those speeds. The actual speed you're using is uncertain since you only mentioned the RAM capacity and loadout.
chieftec 850w gold
Chieftec is the brand, 850W is the advertised power consumption, and Gold is the claimed 80+ efficiency rating. What model and age is the unit?

What is your standard shutdown or power-down process? Check Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for recurring error codes, warnings, and messages across all four computers. Have you attempted to run "dism" and "sfc /scannow" to detect and resolve issues with Windows files? Are you installing RAM correctly? Many motherboards have specific requirements, such as placing the first installed RAM in a designated slot (often DIMM_A2). With multiple systems impacted, it’s possible there is a shared problem or misconfiguration affecting all of them. Prioritize fixing one system, ensuring it is stable, then proceed to the next.

long duration is similar to three years
ram speed 5200MT/s KF552C40BB-32
psu i recently purchased a new 3-year-old unit Chieftec 850W GPX-850FC 80+ Gold
@Ralston18
updating the Secure Boot CA/keys for all 3pcs is typical.
i don’t see any issues with windows causing problems; i attempted to boot without an ssd and found it might be an installation issue.
installing ram one by one from near to far seems to work previously, so i’m unsure but will check.
three different users have built these systems, and in the bios i just turned on virtualization.
currently three systems are running, though i only have one problem so far.
