STUMPED
I possess 32 gigabytes of RAM. After launching a game it rises to around 50-60% capacity, which is acceptable. However, once I disable all programs except Spotify and Discord, the usage stays near 60%. The PC occasionally boots with only 50% memory allocated. Don’t forget the occasional failure to start, requiring a reboot. The memory problems began after purchasing an additional memory pack; everything functions identically. I’ve checked for leaks and startup processes but can’t pinpoint the cause. Specifications: motherboard ASRock B550 AIO, Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, GSKILL Aegis 3000 MZ (8GB per stick, 4 sticks), GPU RX 6600.
HEY IT'S THE SAME AGAIN CHECKING IN. I thought something was still off, so I changed the RAM orientation because they arrived at different times. After blue screening, I couldn't even boot from a USB drive. Once I got in once, I reset Windows but didn’t want to wipe everything clean. It worked temporarily and then I kept getting blue screens again. This time, after another successful login, I did a full system reinstall and everything is now functioning properly. The RAM usage isn’t stuck at a high percentage like 75% even when idle. I don’t know what the lesson is, but we’re all fine now.
