Hello, I tried to restart my PC after shutting it down the night before, just like usual. It got stuck at the spinning wheel on the BIOS screen. I tried turning it off and on again, but nothing changed. Now I can enter the BIOS, though I still can’t reach Windows. If I reboot or exit the BIOS on the splash screen, it says "attempting automatic repair." I’ve never seen anything like this before and don’t know what to do. Any advice would be really helpful!

1) Lower the system to a minimal power setting.
2) Disconnect all components, including the power cord.
3) Hold the power button for 5 to 10 seconds to remove any remaining flea energy.
4) Reconnect the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and power cord.
5) Try restarting the device and observe the outcome.
5.1) If the process doesn't continue, allow the Automatic Repair to handle the problem.
6) Once fully restarted, power it off again and gradually reintroduce devices one by one. Ensure that printers, drives, etc., remain unplugged after the initial restart attempt.

Hello, I’ve already attempted all the steps on this list. If I let the automatic repair continue, it just freezes and repeats itself… I’m not certain what to do, as I’m trying to reinstall Windows but it just turns black when the ISO setup appears normally… Do you have any additional advice? I’m not sure if I’m making a mistake.

Do you have any additional tips? I'm also attempting a clean Windows installation but am stuck… I connect the USB drive, it's detected, then the Windows window appears and then I'm stuck on this endless screen.

The screen appears to be attempting to load the USB drive but failing. Consider recreating the USB drive and retrying.

I also questioned it… I made it twice and it performed the same, but could a faulty USB be the cause? It’s not like I’ve switched to a fresh one with Windows 11 instead of 10 in a different port, yet the same problems keep happening—either a Windows logo with endless spinning or a logo followed by a black screen… I’m stuck!

It might be a problematic ISO file that you're using. It's strange that 10 works perfectly but 11 causes issues.

Actually I thought 10 was stuck too, but the logo appeared and seemed to progress, though it then just froze for an hour without changing. Thanks again for all the help so far!

You could be facing a drive-related problem, though it's difficult to confirm. Have you encountered any power outages or surges recently?

Sure, I’ll attempt to disconnect all but my M.2 drive, since that storage device lacks a graphical interface. Maybe? I cleaned it thoroughly the day it began. Could adjusting my power strip have contributed to this issue?
