I already ran it once using a USB drive, but now I’m connecting the same USB with my motherboard drives and it’s reinstalling Windows again. Without the USB connected, I can only restart, shut down, or troubleshoot the PC. Need assistance.

Did you erase the flash drive? It might still appear as the media creation tool in Windows 10, running from the drive you installed Windows on instead of your hard disk. Check your BIOS settings, choose the hard drive you used for installation as the first boot option. After that, let Windows install the standard drivers and you can download and install your files from the web manually.

I opened the BIOS settings and found just one boot choice—my SSD/NVMe drive that was installed during the initial Windows setup. On the NVMe card, the gigabytes listed are at full capacity with no space available.
