Son of a biscuit you are right. Sorry, I should have labeled those. Picture 1: Raw video properties. Picture 2: Render settings (within Vegas). Picture 3: Project properties (within Vegas). I just read that Shadowplay only outputs 1920x1080. So there goes the idea of 1440p recordings. That's OK, though. That at least tells me that I should have all of my resolutions set to 1920x1080.

Sure, a standard 1080p resolution is ideal. That allows for 60 frames per second if needed.

The new video addresses the render settings issue caused by switching between three resolutions. It notes the choppiness problem is resolved but mentions some blur during quick transitions. The creator suggests the issue may relate to the recording speed of 144Hz and how the monitor interprets it.

I'm checking the details on your end. At 60fps on a 60Hz screen, you might be using a lower bitrate than ideal. YouTube's compression can reduce quality, but it seems your settings aren't close enough to the original video's requirements. Consider aligning your bitrate with the raw video's rate—ideally around 15 Mbps or higher.

The raw video is reported at 45Mbps. It should be compressed significantly, aiming for around 8 Mbps. I was watching a "How To: 1440p" tutorial and chose a variable bit rate between 20,000,000 and 20,000,000 bits per second. I plan to lower it to 15 Mbps since I won’t be streaming in 1440p. Thanks for your assistance!

The blur comes from YouTube reducing your 8Mbps video to around 4Mbps or less. Uploading at a higher bitrate would give you more options for the platform. 1080p60 is even worse for fast movement on YouTube since it uses half the bits per frame as 30fps. I tried really hard to make this video look good, but Titanfall doesn’t play well there. The compression often makes scenes look terrible. I uploaded it several times before getting satisfied. I compressed it with Handbrake before posting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwy8PXkH_88

Avoid sending through Windows Media—it’s awful. Export to Sony AVC 1080p, leveraging your GPU too… Plus, include MTS files. Also, no need to merge tracks since there’s no interlaced content.
