Hey there! I’m new to video creation too, but I’m excited to learn. Back in my CoD days I never had time for it, but now I enjoy playing Titanfall. I’m not really into writing comments, but I’d like to share some videos with friends. I use Shadowplay to record, and I have settings that capture the last 11 minutes. Just press ALT+F10 at the end of a game to save it. I usually record at 1440p and 144Hz. I found a YouTube guide for Sony Vegas rendering settings. You mentioned wanting smoother playback—maybe try 1440p at 30fps or 1080p at 60fps? Your example link looks helpful. I’m open to suggestions, just want it to work well. What do you think?
Open your raw clip in Shadowplay, check its frame rate, then switch to Sony Vegas and capture the current settings.
Hey! I didn’t expect to look at the basic details. The resolution is 1920 by 1080 pixels. Got it. Can I add images here? I’ll handle the uploading once I’m ready. Project Properties Render Settings Video Details
To include an image, first upload it to a service like Imgur. Then click the provided button and input the image's URL (usually ending in .jpg or .png).
The second or third image shows the render settings details. In the second picture, the dimensions are 2048x1440 with 30 frames per second, whereas picture number three displays 2560x1440 at 60 fps. Also, uploading in 1440p60fps won't show that option. It seems YouTube was testing 1440p60fps and 4K60fps but hasn't released them yet.
