I have an HP Elite 8200 CPU with i5-2400 @ 3.10GHz, a GTX 1650 D6 OC, 8GB DDR3 RAM, and Windows 10 Pro. The issue is low FPS—when I run Burnout Paradise the frames are between 7 to 10, but I’m not sure what’s causing it. Please help.

Your CPU and main system are quite outdated and slow, except the GPU performs reasonably. Have you looked into the CPU utilization while playing games?

I don’t have a direct way to check your GPU’s driver status, but you can verify it by looking in your system settings or using command-line tools like `nvidia-smi` or checking the manufacturer’s website for the latest drivers.
