It's 0.29A. The motherboard includes 1A fan connectors, allowing three fans to be connected on that connector without exceeding its capacity.

If you needed a 3-amp fan, a standard consumer motherboard wouldn't work well. They usually max out at just 1 amp, with some offering only 0.75 amps. Luckily, these lower-power units draw about 0.3 amps during peak times, making it easy to connect multiple fans from a single header and possibly more.
