All new fans in the case . New AIO . Still making high pitch noise it did before i replaced all that. Only thing with fans still in the case from before is my gtx 1080 msi aero. Could that be the culprit ? I cant even put headphones on and block it out. Here's a video , hopefully it helps. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pXMDKsx...drive_link

If it's coil whine, you'll likely have to replace the GPU instead of fixing it.

I adjusted the access settings for the link. It doesn’t seem like it originally. I wasn’t able to fit the video onto the forum despite its short length, so I used a Google Drive link instead.

The tone appears too deep to be a coil whine; it sounds more like motor vibration. You might want to test each fan hub individually to see if silencing the fan helps. If none of them reduce the noise, the issue could be with the CPU cooler block—feel it gently to check for sound. Finally, inspect the PSU carefully but avoid touching any internal parts, as it contains high-voltage components that can be hazardous.

I’ll give the PSU a look. Thanks. I just swapped out the CPU cooler since I thought that was all. Before that, I had the original Ryzen cooler, and the noise was coming from it. I checked each fan by ear but couldn’t identify the source. On my way to bed, I’ll send you an update tomorrow.

I identified the issue as my old exhaust fan. I realized it was time to replace it. By placing my ear close, I heard the noise stop completely once I unplugged it. Thanks to all the advice and suggestions!
