Hi there, I've seen some confusing Reddit threads before. It doesn't happen all the time, so I'm curious what's going on here. Back around 1.5 years ago, my computer would freeze twice while browsing Google and YouTube. Then my PC started making a loud fan noise and the screen would go black after startup. I have an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, 6-core processor, ASRock B450M motherboard, TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB case with 16 GB DDR4 memory, a Western Digital Blue 3.5" drive, a Gigabyte OC case, and a GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card. I'm looking for basic troubleshooting tips before heading to a store. Thanks!

Blackout refers to dimming the screen while keeping the computer operational. Have you attempted any diagnostics before?

The monitor goes dark while the PC remains active but shows nothing. I've checked all connections except the display cable, mouse, keyboard, speakers, and power supply, yet it keeps shutting down after startup IMG_3513.mov.
