You're experiencing an issue where streaming with your Elgato device only picks up sound from your headset, while the Elgato can't capture audio properly. Usually they place the Elgato card in the streaming PC and link it to the gaming PC, but can you swap it to the gaming PC instead? And would the HDMI output work in that case?
