Hello, I'm trying to stream with AMD's adrenalin software. I don't really want to use OBS or anything similar. However, I'm experiencing a lot of pixelation and buffering in my videos during the stream. I thought it was due to my internet connection speed, but even after upgrading, it's still happening.

Specs: i7-12700KF, 6900XT. Internet speed is 300up/300down. AMD adrenalin settings: ACV (also tried HEVC), streaming to YouTube. I'm using 1440p at 60fps with their recommended 24MBps bit rate. It shouldn't be an issue now with the internet upgrade.

After checking YouTube later, I saw messages like this:
"YouTube is not receiving enough video to maintain smooth streaming. As such, viewers will experience buffering."
and
Please use a keyframe frequency of four seconds or less. Currently, keyframes are not being sent often enough, which can cause buffering. The current keyframe frequency is 5.6 seconds. Note that ingestion errors can cause incorrect GOP (group of pictures) sizes.
The problem is, in AMD's software I don't see any option to set or adjust keyframes. Please help, I want to stream smoothly.
