I’m looking for a paid music platform that lets you download songs to your device or computer. I need coverage in areas not served by my provider and a plan with more than 2GB of downloads per month. Anyone know of such options?

I believe Spotify allows downloading playlists, though I'm not entirely certain. Edit: Spotify provides offline listening options. https://support.spotify.com/dk/learn-mor...en-offline

Spotify works offline but not in MP3 format. I've been using the free version for years without any issues.

XBox Music offers a bigger music collection. It supports MP3 downloads and works on Windows, iOS, Android apps, and web browsers using HTML5. I use XBox Music myself. Give it a shot. In Canada, Spotify isn’t available—only XBox Music is accessible.
