I receive up to 4 megabytes each second and approximately 5 megabits per second using just a single test.
It could be a small issue with the test. Checking speedtest.net will show your actual connection speed.
This test uses my ISP server, though results might show 25Mbps. Streaming at that speed won't be possible.
