If you opt for Quick Sync or Shadow Play encoding, 900p at 60fps should work within 6000kps. I usually choose Quick Sync and could run the encoder on my AMD card, though I considered using the GPU on my CPU. For quality results, check out my YouTube channel—most streams are there.
