It seems like you're still unsure, but increasing the bitrate might improve things.

It really works. OBS confirmed my settings are perfect and no FPS should decrease, though it did happen in practice.

It generally relies on your connection speed as well. I tested 6000kbps and it works just fine (though not as smoothly as a recording). No lag or mouse movement issues, and the picture quality is decent. There’s no drop in frames for me. For livestream settings you can check: http://puu.sh/8Mt3y, http://puu.sh/8Mt51 & http://puu.sh/8Mt8Q.png. Also, avoid streaming at 1080p unless you want lag—maybe you’ll understand why later. Are your settings similar to @Wano1997?

Uncertain about anything, but my current setting is 3000... I need to change it to 2100 because the "London" server isn't available.

Some viewers might struggle with the 6Mbps stream, but since you use 720p instead of 1080p, it should work smoothly.

Uncertain, perhaps. It seems like everyone should have a 6mb connection these days.

Most folks probably don't, but I'll give it a shot anyhow, thanks

Shadowplay might not be functioning due to an issue in the latest NVIDIA drivers. For the best results, continue using the CPU encoding—it offers significantly better quality without any noticeable performance loss. I’m using the same processor and stream without problems.

It functions by employing a specialized core for encoding, similar to how shadowplay operates.
