stream problems
during the height of internet usage it reaches approximately 500 mbps for download and 200 mbps for upload, while my streams operate at an 800 bitrate. throughout this process my stream frequently freezes and experiences delays, whereas my games perform without issues, making me uncertain about the cause.
Windows and any streaming tools operate based on their own priorities, not your intentions. Currently, your game has a higher priority than streaming, so Windows allocates all available processing power to the game, leaving little for streaming. Using OBS allows you to adjust its priority, which can be increased in Task Manager or decreased for the game. Higher quality settings, regardless of bitrate, require more CPU usage from the stream.
