Activate GPU rendering support in your streaming app. Make sure your drivers are updated to the newest Nvidia release. Your AMD FX 8350 and GPU perform well for 1080p, but your GPU might be limiting performance rather than the CPU. Upgrading to the 2600 would help, while the 3200G offers little benefit over your current setup. You should aim for at least 8GB of RAM installed.
I plan to install the Ryzen upgrade with 16GB of RAM since I already have some spare. The 1030 model doesn’t seem to support NVENC. I’ve seen many videos about this topic, and based on what I understand, a decent stream at 3200fps with 4500bitrate should work fine. However, because I’m just an affiliate and not a partner, transcoding is limited. If someone can’t watch a 1080p stream due to network issues, they’ll likely experience buffering. I’ll start with the 3200g now and consider upgrading the CPU or getting a new GPU with NVENC support later.
Improve that GPU first before considering any platform upgrade. It’s smarter to purchase an RX 480 for $120 on AliExpress and then move to a Ryzen processor.
