Hi
Hope everyone is well. My PSU is producing some unusual sounds, but I can't pinpoint the exact reason or cause. It's definitely not coil whine or fan noise since the PSU only starts working at a minimum load of 40%.

I've attached a video of the issue here. Could you please assist if you're familiar with the problem? Specifically, could you check the time around 00:20 to 00:32 and note the exact moment the sound occurs at 00:29?

Thanks in advance.

Are you completely sure the sound is coming from the PSU? Sometimes noises can appear to originate from one spot while actually coming from another area. This particular noise doesn’t resemble anything typical for a PSU, but rather sounds more like what you might hear from an AIO pump with issues. If it truly is coming from the PSU, you should stop using it and reach out to Deepcool right away about a warranty replacement. It’s definitely not coil whine, and if the fan isn’t running, there’s nothing beyond the initial relay click when powering on or off that should be noticeable. There are power supplies with platforms that can click periodically during mode changes, but I’m not sure if your model fits that description. It’s difficult to confirm for certain, though. The V3L version seems restricted to your area, and while there are detailed reviews of the V2L version, there aren’t many for the V3L. This makes it hard to identify the exact platform without more information. Since the Gamer Storm units have evolved with different platforms, we can’t be certain what’s being used. If the noise matches these conditions, it’s best to contact Gigabyte immediately for an RMA.

I Am Sure that it's coming from psu but i could not look for the origin of the problem .... The fans are off as there is not graphics card currently used in the rig and also to the most extent the maximum power supply wattage used would be around 200-250 watt as of now ..... Though there is no sign of any bad smell like burning or something but its a concern .... Thanks for your help

If you're sure it's from the PSU, then I'd definitely send in a return request. No doubt about it. What makes sense?
