Stories of courage under the tempest
I find the game enjoyable but it lacks the depth to keep me engaged long-term. It's quite straightforward if you're familiar with Moba titles. The visuals stand out more than Dotsla, though the color scheme is quite poor and hard to distinguish characters in. Overall, it's a relaxed casual title that works well for passing time.
It's just another MOBA, but a solid one. Consider Airmech, Smite, or Guns of Icarus Online—these are the top titles, likely the only ones worth paying attention to. (Hey, Dota 2 and League of Legends might be okay for you too, but let me live!)
It's not about being overly attached; these two titles actually stand out as the only ones with massive fanbases because they offer the highest level of competition. HotS and Smite are fine, but they're much more laid-back. Comparing them to other genres is like saying Cs:go versus CoD—one is lighthearted, the other isn't. Some folks just enjoy casual play.
Discussing League of Legends mastery involves understanding strategies, teamwork, and competitive play.
I enjoy competitive matches. Before DOTA's custom map, I was a fan of MOBAs, but after Heroes of Newerth I lost interest. I experimented with DOTA2 without much enthusiasm. Then I joined the HOTS closed beta and decided to give it a shot; since then I've played almost every day. The quicker pace and absence of repetitive farming make it far more fun than other MOBAs I've tried.
The fact people don't even communicate and there isn't global chat takes away a lot of fun for me. I understand they wanted to avoid toxicity the LoL has but game feels boring to me at these low lvl games. PS. Illifam pretty OP hero.
