I understood you were going to mention that. But really, it doesn’t matter. You won’t complain if you play CS:GO and join any server within the ping limits. Yeah, I don’t like playing with Peruvians either *smirk*, but what’s the point? Also, many Chinese players enjoy Dota and they’re in the states but don’t speak English. If you want a better gaming experience, why not join a team? I usually queue 5 people with my friends. Or just play single-player games.

I don't understand either. It bothers me since I only use it during the evening, and I always struggle to start a game.

Region lock is the worst part, and working with people who don’t speak English has always been a challenge for me—actually, it’s been enjoyable.
