Hey everyone, I'm getting really frustrated with this issue. I just set up a brand new system and everything was fine until today. This morning the updates stopped working. I managed to install most of them manually, except for the Security Intelligence Update for Windows Defender Antivirus (KB2267602) version 1.311.1767.0 – I can't find any instructions for a working manual setup. Plus, nothing in the MS Store is downloading. It's like everything is stuck at 0%. Even the Windows updates aren't moving.

This is super annoying because it's my first Windows installation, less than three days in. It took three days to get this far due to the poor service from our ISP during the coronavirus situation. I just want to play my Xbox games and can't stop. I don’t understand what changed after those updates worked perfectly before. I’m not interested in reformatting anything. Any advice would be a huge relief.
