I’m considering setting up some storage servers at work and at home. Right now I use a few external hard drives for raw media and backups. As I become more active on social media, I often run into my iPhone’s storage limits when dealing with video files. I see the need to upgrade both storage and video gear, but budget is tight. For now, I’d like a solid external storage option that lets me save raw videos before editing them for IG reels. A 2TB drive should suffice for the moment.

Consider using an external SSD. It’s portable and less sensitive than an external HDD. You can likely find cheaper options, like a 2TB Samsung T7 under $100 on Amazon. It seems your company will cover the cost because it’s intended for business use.
