You don’t need to change anything in the BIOS to adjust memory frequency—just look for the memory settings and modify the frequency there.

Based on your available memory, achieving greater speeds might be challenging. Still, it's worth a try. Typically, increasing the speed and supplying more voltage to your RAM works well. The standard DDR4 voltage is 1.2V, but you can safely raise it to around 1.4V. Consider checking YouTube tutorials for guidance.
