Your flash drive is divided into three partitions, and you're having trouble formatting the RAW or smaller partition. Someone might suggest checking the partition layout, using a different tool, or consulting the device's documentation for troubleshooting steps.
You can be more detailed about your preference. Would you like to retain three partitions (though there are only two) or should I format it as a single partition?
Consider using diskpart according to @Electronics Wizardy's advice, or start with a Linux live USB and employ gparted, which is my usual method for recreating the GPT partition table to erase the drive. It’s also conceivable it may have become read-only due to a malfunction.
Great! It functioned as expected. I didn't remember using DiskPart before.
It seems the drive could be damaged. (They’re essentially temporary items.) If you’re unlucky, it’s likely just a bad partition table and the memory is okay. You might attempt using diskpart to wipe all partitions (remove everything). This could potentially recover the drive, but if it works, I advise you not to store any critical data on it.
