Are you sure you can mix 2400MHz and 3200MHz speeds while handling timing changes like 15-15-15-35-2N and 16-18-18-38-2N? You're considering upgrading gradually.

It's not always certain it will work, but it should. They would both operate at the lowest speed—2400MHz in this case.
