It might be related to a background process forcing Firefox to use msn.com. Review all Firefox extensions and add-ons, understanding their functions. Two more suggestions are in progress, depending on your ability to execute "dism". First, check Task Manager under Startup to identify any unknown or unexpected applications launching at boot. Be aware that you may have initiated this through startup programs, which can be verified again. Second, examine the Task Scheduler for triggers that activate when network access disappears. While unclear exactly how such a trigger is set up, it’s something worth exploring. Finally, investigate the cause of any internet instability. Consider testing with a new modem, router, or combining both if applicable. Execute the command "ipconfig /all" through the Command Prompt to gather more details.
Hello,
I resolved the problem by identifying Logitech software (Logi Options+). It had an unnecessary AI feature that I turned off after installing it a year ago. When the issue began, I noticed the feature was active, which became very bothersome. After disabling it again together with the auto update, everything returned to normal.
