Hello everyone, my PC uses Windows 10 64-bit and is brand new. It boots quickly. I've noticed that after shutting down, the CPU and case fans continue running for about ten seconds before the system closes. This is unusual, especially since I recently experienced a blue screen. After cleaning reinstalled Windows 10, the blue screen disappeared but the delay remains. What might be causing this?

that is generally fine, your pc will be still be running certain tasks to make sure its everything is in order for when you boot back up again. also blue screening once is really not a reason to re-install windows. if it was multiple times in one day maybe.

Stay calm when your machine takes a bit longer to start or shut down. Try exploring other tasks that make the most of your new setup.
