The frequency settings for 2933mhz are 16-20-20-38 and it is not performing well.

That's a bit frustrating. The timing feels way off for that frequency. For reference, my Hynix Corsair boards run 15-17-17 XMP, but with gear down turned on by default they go up to 16-17-17. This means the sticks will be really challenging to work with.

Without PBO the rating comes in 1327 whereas with it it jumps to 1360. It seems the model is still not reaching its expected score of around 1379 for a stock like Ryzen 5 2600X.

These settings are applied when I use an XMP file. Could this be the reason behind the problem?
