Hello, Your headset began to crackle recently. When you play both Game and Chat at the same time, the chat channel gets very noisy. This happens after a fresh Windows 11 installation. The Arctis Pro headset has been tried with several fixes: removing and reinstalling Steelseries GG, turning off Sonar, uninstalling GG to let Windows install drivers, disabling any Enhance or Spatial Sound settings, and using a new cable. Anyone have advice? If not, you might want to buy a new headset with dual audio channels similar to ChatMix, but avoid the Steelseries model since it’s not working well. Thanks.
