Planet coaster is a fresh title from Frontier Developments set to debut tomorrow, November 17. It currently leads Steam’s Top Sellers. The game follows Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 as its spiritual predecessor, both developed by the same studio. Its main rival is Roller Coaster Tycoon World, created by Nvizzio and released by Atari, which has received mixed reviews and lost many supporters due to delays and changes in development. RCTW launched on November 16, just one day before Planet coaster. I highly suggest Planet coaster—its visuals are impressive and it pays close attention to detail, key elements for a simulation experience. Check out this gameplay video I put together.
