Steam mentions Fallout 4 needs a GTX 760 with a 4.7 GHz CPU. Are you sure your system meets those specs? Your CPU is 4.5 GHz and GPU is 760, which might affect performance.

Settings look good, just adjust them as needed. Fallout visuals aren’t great, but max settings still give you a lot.

The GTX 750 Ti supports running the game at Ultra settings, which means it should work well.

It seems performance depends on both RAM speed and system resources—higher speeds can limit gains, which is quite surprising.

Many factors influence how much fun something is at Ultra, but what matters most is whether it delivers a satisfying experience.

The 4.7GHz reference is for AMD processors, not Intel. Your 4670K OC runs at 4.5GHz, which is typical for that chipset.

I have the stock configurations ready. A smooth experience with no problems. People often focus on the game's basic needs, but those rules are usually wrong.

It's disappointing, but you can manage Fall Out well on a 760.
