Sure, you're looking to use the skin. Unfortunately, it's only meant for display. Once it gains enough votes and engagement, it might be considered for inclusion in drops or weapon bundles.

As discussed earlier, you can't obtain weapon skins or similar items from the workshop to your game. Once a workshop item enters the game, it will be removed and available for purchase on the marketplace. However, maps can be downloaded directly from the workshop. Just subscribe like with any other game.
