It looks like you reviewed around 90 pages of sale games and decided to stop. You purchased the CIV 5 collection for $13, the Bioshock collection for $13, and Age of Empires II for $5. The main reason you didn’t buy more was a preference for not playing AAA titles or having most of what you want already. You also found the Fallout anthology worth $60 with all DLC included, which is quite good.
Since Steam introduced its refund policy, they adjusted seasonal promotions to ensure games reached their cheapest prices during those periods. PUBG likely won’t be discounted because the developers anticipate strong sales even at full price.
HTC VIVE is available during the Steam Sale, offering a $50 discount on the regular price plus a $50 Steam Gift Card. If you're already spending around $50 on games, it effectively brings the total for the Vive down to about $700, and you also get Bridge Crew included. You might need to check your budget before making the purchase.
there are a couple of offers, some friends bought more than usual since they think torrenting is getting tougher except for AAA games. I added HL2 with the episodes to my library and picked up the Metro series because I heard good things about its story. I have a few items on my watchlist hoping prices will drop soon.
