I have searched online and the way to move a game is to right click game then properties then local files ,, then Move Installation.  However I don't see the move installation, there are no options.  How would I go about in a simple way to move game to another drive ?  I already made another steam folder on the other drive.  Now can I just move the game folder to steam folder of other drive then restart steam ;  would this work ?  If not then how ?

Which game?
Certain Steam titles weren't originally available on Steam and lack the easy move feature (the properties button). For these, you might need to set it up manually or reinstall from a new source.

I completed all my game installs in the same Steam folder.
A suitable choice is to run Steam on an SSD. I have one on a HDD, but I don't notice a significant speed improvement.

Add this folder to the list of Steam library folders (steam>settings>downloads>steam library folders) so it can be used for installing Steam games and relocating already installed games to it.

Begin by creating a dedicated download directory:
Navigate to the top menu, select Steam -> Settings -> Downloads and click the "Steam Library Folders" option
Pick a new path for your library, ensuring it remains empty
For each game you wish to relocate:
Right-click and choose "Properties"
Open the "Local Files" section and click "Move Install Folder"
Choose the library you intend to transfer the game to.
Be aware that Steam will verify the move, which might take some time.
If you prefer to relocate games manually after setting up a new library:
Stop Steam if it's running
Visit the installation location
Transfer the game to your desired spot within the new Steam library's "Steam Library\common" directory. If it doesn’t exist, create it.
For a library located at D:\Apps\SteamLib, proceed to D:\Apps\SteamLib\Steam Library\common
Transfer the game’s linked "appmanifest" file to the "Steam Library" folder.
If your new library resides at D:\Apps\SteamLib, navigate to D:\Apps\SteamLib\Steam Library\
Locate the matching "appmanifest" file on the game’s Steam page and verify the URL matches.
Launching Steam again will reinstall the game as if nothing changed.

To adjust the settings, you should relocate the game folder in %steamapp%\Appdata and move the file dor (presumably .acf or similar) to the main Steamapps folder. For this, visit the Store Page and locate the "Appnumber". Once done, restart Steam and you should be finished. This method works best for more experienced users. It's essentially the approach @Mira Yurizaki described...
