Outbreak has arrived and the game requires an update. After the install, Steam prompted me to validate before starting the download again. Now it’s downloading very slowly, showing a connection timeout. I have to restart my PC for it to proceed, and the process keeps happening. It just finished downloading once more and restarted again. PLEASE help!

I’d have recommended deleting RB6, but I understand its significance. You might want to check the RB6 directory for missing files and validate it. If that doesn’t work, reinstalling Steam could help. Are you seeing this issue with other titles too, or is it limited to RB6?

This occurred with one of my games. I removed the software completely, cleared the cache and files, and then reinstalled it. The problem was resolved this way.
